If, after that period, you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can request a refund within our 60-day money back guarantee by contacting us at hello@honeysome.com.


Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that sometimes plans change.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After that timeframe, your order may have already entered processing and we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

If your cancellation is made within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We ask that you give your product a fair try for at least 14 days — most carers find that’s when they truly start to see how simple and effective it is. If you’re still not happy, you may return your item anytime within 60 days of delivery for a refund.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every honeysome order, but if something arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

A product is considered damaged if it arrives broken or defective — not simply if the box has minor dents or cosmetic imperfections. If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@honeysome.com within 72 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the damage.

If eligible, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.
Please note we do not refund or replace products that are damaged due to normal wear, accidental drops, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver every honeysome order on time and in perfect condition. However, once a package is handed to the courier, delivery times and delays are outside of our control.

We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or customs-related issues. For delivery concerns, please reach out to your courier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your address before completing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a refund or resend.
